If you are not satisfied with your items, please Contact Us immediately and provide your order number. We will work with you to make you item correct. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because the items are custom made, no refunds will be made. All orders are final once your order is placed. Please make sure your information is correct before checking out and any questions are submitted in the comment section with your order.
Shipping
We ship all of our items via USPS first class mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on weight. Priority Mail items usually arrive within 2-3 business days within the United States. You will receive tracking information via email (to the email address you provided at checkout) when your order ships so you may track your package as its on it's way to you. Production time is 2-7 business days. Once your product is completed your item will be shipped out promptly. If you need an item faster, please send an email and let us know. We can add an expediting fee and get it to you quicker if possible.
We are not responsible to any damage incurred during shipping.
TAX
All orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address will be charged 6% sales tax upon checkout.
